You have a wonderful energy and dynamic. It felt like a very safe space and I really valued being part of it.” Workshop participant

MY Approach

I have an integrative, embodied and playful approach to therapy provision, supervision and facilitation. This means that I draw on a wide range of therapeutic and creative tools to support clients with their specific needs. Alongside talking and reflective discussion, these can include:

  • Body, breath & movement work, particularly to relieve anxiety and somatic trauma

  • Creative writing, poetry & story

  • Images & art-making

  • Music, singing & voice work

  • Drama-based games & exercises

  • IFS-inspired parts work

  • Co-creation of healing ritual

  • Meditation & mindful compassion practice (for self and others)

MY ETHICS

My approach is anti-oppressive and trauma responsive, and I engage in regular training, supervision and reflective practice to ensure I am practicing wisely, safely and ethically.

I am state registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists. Both have Codes of Conduct which I closely adhere to. I hold public and professional liability insurance.
