Who?

Hello! I’m Belinda Sherlock, a creative and embodied therapist, supervisor and facilitator. You can find out more about my approach here, and about my training and experience here.

What?

Playful Wellbeing offers creative therapy, workshops and supervision for groups and individuals who would like to:

  • explore and develop their self-expression

  • strengthen connection with themselves and others

  • grow their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing

Why?

Play is integral to how we find meaning in our lives, form connections with others, and develop the flexibility and resilience to flourish in an ever-changing, unpredictable world. Exploring our creativity and playfulness expands our capacity to heal emotional pain, develop healthy connections and open up to new possibilities.

How?

Playful Wellbeing draws on creative therapy tools, body & movement work, story & myth, mindful compassion practice and the performing & visual arts to provide training, workshops or therapy sessions tailored to your specific needs. All provision is trauma-responsive, and supported and regulated through clinical supervision and adherence to professional codes of ethics.
